Chocolat Impérial BLANC is a unique drink with the noble flavours of white chocolate & wine. With our innovative recipe, we have enriched the well-aged white wine blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Yellow Muscat varieties with melted white chocolate and obtained a completely new product that boasts a golden yellow colour and notes of white chocolate, cherry, honey, almonds and cookies. It is a universal delicacy that is suitable for any refined party, family celebration and gathering with friends, and it is especially indispensable for a romantic evening for two.
Serve chilled at 8-10 °C (46.5-50 °F).

The wine is full and intense, both in smell and in taste, featuring a pleasant sweetness and balanced acidity, and characterized by notes of noble rot. In all its grandeur, it ages beautifully and, after 13 years, it is still holding up excellently against time.
The Beerenauslese can be enjoyed with a dessert or on its own. It is served slightly chilled at 10-12 °C (50-53.5 °F). -
