An elegant chocolate bar made of 70% dark chocolate with a natural lavender fragrance. The chocolate bar was in contact with the dried lavender for at least 3 weeks in a sealed atmosphere. In this way, the chocolate absorbed lavender’s ethereal aromatics. The lavender comes from the local environment.

Harmonije Posavja chocolate box – 9 pralines, 130 g
The “Harmonije Posavja” chocolate box features a motif of the renovated Rajhenburg Castle in Brestanica, where Trappist monks once made the first chocolate in Slovenia. Inside the box, you find the exquisite flavours of Posavje’s finest fruits: plums, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, hazelnuts and grapes or wine, nestled beneath a fine chocolate crust made of dark, milk or white chocolate. The wine truffles treat you to a Beerenauslese made from Welschriesling, the main white wine variety of the Posavje region, and the Kunej house speciality – chocolate wine. The collection is harmoniously completed by a chocolate truffle with honey made from flowers of the Posavje region.

VELVET ROSÉ l.2021, 0,75 l
VELVET Rosé is a fresh rosé wine 100% produced from Žametna Črnina from the Sremič site by the stone cottage. Due to the frost, the yield was about 0.5 kg per vine, but this helped the grapes to ripen to the maximum and we were able to produce a nice rosé wine. It has a light and lively pink colour, tasting fresh and mineral. Dry and balanced.
We recommend it either on its own or with light seafood and meat dishes, it also goes well with Asian dishes.
Serve chilled at 7-9 °C (44.5-48 °F) -
ROSÉ l.2021, 0,75 l
ROSÉ is a wine made from ripe Blaufränkisch grapes grown on the Sremič vineyard next to the Kunej stone cottage. It is a full-bodied wine with a lively acidity, making it great for ageing in the bottle (3-5 years). Despite the slight residual sugar, it still feels dry and oily at the same time, and remains in the mouth long time after drinking.

Blaufränkisch, l.2022, 0,75 l
“Blaufränkisch” holds a special place in the Posavje wine-growing region. Our Blaufränkisch 2022 is an elegantly rich, dark red wine. The grapes for this wine come from an excellent vineyard location (Roševo – Sremič), which enables above-average ripening. Aging in oak barrels for 15 months further enriches the wine, which boasts a fruity varietal bouquet, velvety tannins, full body, and pleasant drinkability. The wine is suitable for further aging in the bottle (up to 5 years).
It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a variety of dishes, including red meat, game, cured meats, selected cheeses, and other local delicacies from the Posavje region.
The wine is best served at 16-18°C.
Vineyard location: Roševo, Sremič
Winemaking process: 14-day maceration, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.

Cuvée LEVIN Prestige, red wine, l.2022, 0,75 l
Cuvée LEVIN PRESTIGE is a rich, mature, dark red wine blend, predominantly composed of Merlot (2/3) and Blaufränkisch (1/3). The grapes for this wine come from an excellent vineyard location (Roševo – Sremič), which enables above-average ripening. The wine aged for 15 months in used oak barrique barrels, developing into an expressive red wine with a full flavor and pleasant aroma, featuring notes of dried plums, sweet licorice, and leather. Thanks to its ripe and sweet tannins, the wine is ready for immediate consumption, but it can also continue to age in the bottle, potentially for 5 to even 10 years.
It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a variety of dishes, including red meat, game, cured meats, selected cheeses, and other local delicacies from the Posavje region.
The wine is best served at 16-18°C.

LEVIN cuvée, red wine, l.2021, 0,75 l
Cuvée LEVIN is a light, fruity dark red, blended from Blaufränkisch and Žametna Črnina varieties. On the nose, it emanates pleasant cherry notes, and on the palate, a pleasing softness, reflecting its six-month ageing in an oak barrel.”
It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with various dishes based on red meat, game, cured meat, with a selection of cheeses or other delicacies from the Posavje region.
Serve slightly chilled at 14-16 °C (57-61 °F).

Welschriesling, l. 2020, 0,75 l, dry
The grapes for the Welschriesling (Laški rizling) come from Sremič, from a vineyard near our wine cellar. This is the 2020 vintage, which was a good, mature year. The wine has a fruity and drinkable character, and with aging in the bottle, it develops a nice bouquet, with hints of petrol and hay.
We recommend enjoying it on its own or paired with seafood, risottos, poultry, and similar dishes. Serve it chilled at 8–10°C.
Vineyard Location: Sremič, near the wine cellar. Winemaking: Classic vinification, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Welschriesling, berry selection, l. 2009, 0,50 l
We picked the grapes for the Welschriesling Beerenauslese on St. Nicholas Day in 2009, which proved to be an excellent year for predicate wines. The wine is full and intense, both in smell and in taste, featuring a pleasant sweetness and balanced acidity, and characterized by notes of noble rot. In all its grandeur, it ages beautifully and, after 13 years, it is still holding up excellently against time.
The Beerenauslese can be enjoyed with a dessert or on its own. It is served slightly chilled at 10-12 °C (50-53.5 °F). -
Sparkling wine EMANUELA SEC, 0,75 l
Emanuela SEC is a dry, golden-yellow traditional method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Welschriesling and Sauvignon varieties. Sparkling wine has been maturing in bottles in contact with yeasts for ten years. This is why it has calm tiny bubbles, a sophisticated mature bouquet with notes of toasted bread and honey, and a full and rounded taste. It is produced on the same base as EMANUELA BRUT but comes with a higher level of sugar. It is tailored to lovers of sweeter sparkling wines.
Serve chilled at 4-6 °C (39-43 °F).

CHARDONNAY, “Sur Lie”, l. 2021, 0,75 l
Our Chardonnay is planted in Sremič on a traditional vineyard site, once cultivated by Trappist monks from Rajhenburg Castle. The 2021 vintage was very special for several reasons. Due to frost damage, the harvest was only one-third of the usual harvest. Thanks to the dry sunny autumn, the remaining grapes ripened nicely and were completely healthy. After the alcoholic fermentation, we conducted malolactic fermentation and then stirred the lees for six months, partly also in wooden barrels. The wine is soft and delicate, yet full-bodied and brimming with character. We believe it will age nicely in bottles and improve with each passing year.
Enjoy it on its own or paired with seafood, risotto and pasta.
Serve chilled at 8-10 °C (46.5-50 °F) -
Sparkling wine EMANUELA ROSÉ BRUT NATURE, 0,75 l
Emanuela ROSÉ BRUT NATURE is a completely dry, pink-coloured traditional method sparkling wine made from Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir. Its base, which was made from directly pressed grapes, was bottled in 2012. Since then, it has been maturing in bottles in our sparkling wine cellar. Due to the many years of maturation, it appears calm and rounded, yet still fresh and fruity, reminiscent of raspberries.
It is a universal sparkling wine, we recommend it with fresh fruit, e.g. strawberries.
Serve chilled at 4-6 °C (39-43 °F). -
