a) Delivery Method Goods ordered in the Kunej online store are dispatched as quickly as possible. You can expect the delivery of the ordered goods within one (1) to ten (10) working days from the day we receive and confirm your order, depending on the product you ordered. Items that are in stock are shipped on the same day for orders received before 11:00 AM on a working day. Orders for in-stock items received after 11:00 AM on a working day are dispatched the following working day. All orders received on non-working days (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays) are dispatched on the next working day. In the case of ordering a larger number of items with different delivery times (more than 10 days), the delivery will be divided. You will be informed about this in the invoice clause issued with the first partial delivery of ordered products. If there is a delay in delivery, you will be notified via email. The delivery of the ordered goods is handled by the GLS delivery service. If you are not at the address provided during order confirmation when the delivery is attempted, GLS will leave a notice about the package at that address. The notice will include the package number and the GLS company’s phone number. Within four days, you must arrange a new delivery date with GLS. If you do not do this, GLS will attempt to deliver the package again on the fifth working day. If it is not possible to redeliver the package, it will be returned to the sender without notice. If you cannot be found at the delivery address and it is not possible to leave a notice about the package (for example, if the building or delivery entrance is locked), GLS will attempt to deliver the package again on the next working day. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, GLS will return the package to the sender without notice. You can inform us of an alternative delivery address in the space provided for comments when placing your online order. Before the order is dispatched, you can also notify us of a different delivery address than the one provided in the order via email or phone.
