Sparkling Wine
The beginnings of sparkling wine production using the traditional method date back to 2008, when we produced our first sparkling wine from the yellow Muscat variety. That year, I returned from a two-year study of winemaking in France and brought with me, in addition to my French degree, my current wife, Emanuela, who is Portuguese by birth and also holds a degree in food technology. On the occasion of this happy event, my mother Danica suggested that we name the new sparkling wine Emanuela in her honour. And so, to this day, our sparkling wines bear the name of Emanuela. Since then, we have sparkling wines made using the traditional method in our permanent offer. In 2012, we acquired a modern line of equipment for disgorging sparkling wines. Today, we offer 3 different Emanuela sparkling wines, including two whites (one dry and one semi-dry) and one rosé (brut – completely dry). All our sparkling wines boast extended maturation on yeast (up to ten years), as we believe that with years of maturing on lees, the sparkling wine continually improves. The quality of our sparkling wine is further confirmed by two medals (gold and silver) at the Glass of Bubbly international competition in London. Moreover, we had the special honour of crafting a sparkling wine for the world and Olympic hammer throw champion Primož Kozmus, who is also our fellow townsman. This sparkling wine is still available today and is sold under the name PRIMUS IN COSMOS (First in the Universe).

Sparkling wine EMANUELA SEC, 0,75 l
Emanuela SEC is a dry, golden-yellow traditional method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Welschriesling and Sauvignon varieties. Sparkling wine has been maturing in bottles in contact with yeasts for ten years. This is why it has calm tiny bubbles, a sophisticated mature bouquet with notes of toasted bread and honey, and a full and rounded taste. It is produced on the same base as EMANUELA BRUT but comes with a higher level of sugar. It is tailored to lovers of sweeter sparkling wines.
Serve chilled at 4-6 °C (39-43 °F).

Sparkling wine EMANUELA ROSÉ BRUT NATURE, 0,75 l
Emanuela ROSÉ BRUT NATURE is a completely dry, pink-coloured traditional method sparkling wine made from Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir. Its base, which was made from directly pressed grapes, was bottled in 2012. Since then, it has been maturing in bottles in our sparkling wine cellar. Due to the many years of maturation, it appears calm and rounded, yet still fresh and fruity, reminiscent of raspberries.
It is a universal sparkling wine, we recommend it with fresh fruit, e.g. strawberries.

Sparkling wine PRIMUS IN COSMOS, 0,75 l
Primus in Cosmos sparkling wine SEC is a semi-dry sparkling wine made using the traditional method in the native wine-growing region of the Olympic and world hammer throw champion Primož Kozmus. It is a blend of Chardonnay, Welschriesling and Sauvignon varieties, which, after years of maturing on lees, express themselves with a refined honey bouquet and balanced sweetness.
